想改變每日精神狀態?起床後做5個簡單動作

我之前就正正是這種人 但是發現每天不但沒衝勁 還在毫無目的把時間花去
直至我發現了以下5個小方法後 慢慢開始改變了我的想法
- Recall your dream everyday.
每天起床後第一件事就是緊記你的夢想 例如每天提醒自己要入大學, 要賺錢買tesla...
- Tidy up your bed. How you do anything is how you do everything!
每日用幾分鐘整理好被單 不但會提升對自己的要求, 努力完一天 晚上看到齊整的床 心情還會大大提升
- Drink a glass of warm water and grab a nice breakfast, fill up your body.
經過一晚睡眠後身體需要補充水份和能量繼續保持高效率運作 特別是你的大腦
- Take a few minutes of pray/meditation and small exercise.
安靜下來感謝每一個新的開始為每日帶來期待, 之後再做些簡單運動 例如 push-up, sit-up... 令身體動起來
- Take a nice shower before going out.
最後一步就是準備自己最乾淨和整潔的一面來迎接每天的挑戰吧!
